At Clap School of the Arts we understand that circumstances may arise that require students to withdraw from a course or program. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

 General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for tuition, fees, and other payments under the following conditions:

Withdrawal Before the Start of the Course

Students who withdraw from a course or program before the start date are eligible for a full refund of tuition and fees, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

Non-Refundable Fees:Certain fees, such as application fees, registration fees, and material fees, are non-refundable.
